Nothing surprises me with him anymore: the fact that he keeps oil records from three years ago, the fact that he lectures us on where hot water comes from and who pays for it, or the fact that he includes sub-bullet points instructing me and EAM on how to use hot water "judiciously." I mean, FOR SERIOUS.

Not to mention that Amherst increased its Water/Sewer rate last year and will again this coming July 1'st.
Mainly because our passive Select Board and clueless Town Manager sucked up to Umass with a 5-year "strategic agreement" that repays the town pennies on the dollar for municipal services (police/fire)
