Christmas Day 2001

Bernie likes to get my goat. As a NICU nurse, Cher used to have to work every other holiday. As a result, she would dictate everything that needed to be done the day of our party. Bernie added "2001" and the red underlining and accompanying stars. I seem to have added some choice response that Bernie later whited out AND saved. 

Christmas lists

Before our annual X-mas party, Cher whipped out a File of Hilarity. This has to have been from forever ago, since the last time I saw Bernie with Rolling Rock was about the same time they used to let me play in the empty beer boxes. The following Dear Santa letter was in said file  and must have been from circa 3rd grade when Mrs. Penniman taught us cursive (word up Wildwood!). I like the way EAM and ELM sign their names.

Bernie LOVES Coco

I know there has been a SERIOUS delay in Bernie Notes. I sincerely apologize and have a sweeeeet backlog involving Coco notes, turkey and ham Thanksgiving and Christmas notes, and some other fantastic ones in between. We will kick-off the reunion with Coco-Bernie notes.  EAM and I lovingly refer to Coco-the-permanent-foster-cat that Bernie pretends to dislike as mon petit. BTW, I took him to the vet in November and he weighs 18.4lbs.  He is now thoroughly spoiled and it's all Bernie and Cher's fault. Since ELM and I have moved out, he has become the focus of most Bernie notes.
