Reduce, Reuse, Recycle is a mantra I learned in our elementary school system (word up Wildwood!) when Earth Day was an event that meant more than getting your free reusable bag from Whole Checkbook (5 cents back!). I'd put a snarky comment in here about people who speed in their Prius, but that's off topic. In any case, it's Earth Day everyday in Bernie World as it inevitably comes back to $$$ (he stopped using the town trash/recycle pick-up as he did the math and figured how much he would save per year getting a dump sticker). What if she does TRY but forget. It would also be cheaper to disconnect yourself from the electric grid and buy a bike that you have to ride to power the house.
