Not to mention that Amherst increased its Water/Sewer rate last year and will again this coming July 1'st.
Mainly because our passive Select Board and clueless Town Manager sucked up to Umass with a 5-year "strategic agreement" that repays the town pennies on the dollar for municipal services (police/fire)
